Kristi is a former Texan, born in Dallas, Texas, where her title career began in 2003. As a child, she went on family beach vacations and always said she’d live at the beach one day. In 2016, she decided to move to the Florida Panhandle with her son and daughter. A few years later, she got engaged and extended her family of 3 to a family of 8! In her spare time, she enjoys the gym, sunsets, family beach days, hunting with her dad, and traveling.
Sheri Hundley
Escrow Officer & Licensed Title Agent
Sheri has been working as a Real Estate closer for over 30 years. Sheri was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida, and currently lives in Freeport, Florida. Sheri loves living in the Florida Panhandle and enjoys nature trails and traveling. She spent 14 years in Knoxville, Tennessee, before returning to the Florida Panhandle six years ago. She is married to Walter Hundley and has a daughter, son-in-law, and two grandsons who live in Niceville, Florida.

From the Lone Star State of Texas, Kamryn brings her vibrant energy and passion for customer service to our team after her recent launch into the professional world. Understanding the importance of creating positive first impressions and ensuring every client interaction is met with professionalism and care, Kamryn’s warm demeanor and passion for people make her a valuable addition to our Clear Title family. Outside the office, you can find her exploring the beauty of the Gulf Coast, indulging in local cuisine, or spending quality time with family and friends.

Growing up in a Real Estate home, Bridgett knows what it takes to provide the best service possible to buyers and sellers. Having also worked in the medical field assisting physicians and nurses for years, Bridgett brings a tremendous work ethic, a detailed eye to the Real Estate field, and a heart for the wellbeing of others. She has a special love for the arts, gardening, and outdoor activities that abound on Florida's Gulf Coast.
