Paco Schulz, Escrow Officer


Paco has been an Escrow Officer for over ten years in the Panama City area. A Wisconsin native to Florida transplant, Paco is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies. He began his professional career in mortgage lending and transitioned into the real estate title insurance field in 2011.

Paco has built strong relationships with people in the community and we know he will be a great asset to our growing team. Paco strives to bring his knowledge and communication skills to every customer, making the closing process as easy and seamless as possible. Welcome, Paco!!

Taylor Boyett,
Closing Processor


Born in the Texas Panhandle, Taylor couldn’t get to the beach fast enough. She loves all things water, salt and sand. Taylor is currently attending FSU and completing her general studies. She hopes her education will allow her to better herself in all that she puts her mind to. She is excited about what the future holds.

She possesses a mighty passion for people and making everything around her better. Taylor has been a part of our team since May and we are thrilled to have her!

Jodi Kinard McKelvin

Jodi Kinard McKelvin is a Panama City native who recently returned home after a long legal career in Birmingham, Alabama. After attending law school at the Cumberland School of Law atSamford University where she was an Associate Editorof the Cumberland Law Reviewand a Cordell Hull Teaching Fellow, she practiced for over twenty years working on a variety of complex litigation involving pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, environmental damage, and antitrust violations.

Jodi lives in Lynn Haven with her husband, Michael. They have two adult children who work and attend college in Birmingham. They are happy to be back near family, friends, and the beach!
